"From the computer screen to the big screen"

One of my videos has been selected to screen at this festival:

The invitation came out of the blue.

I was contacted by a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Southern California, who said she had stumbled across my videoblog and liked one my clips. She thought it fit with one of the festival's themes: "Making the Familiar Unfamiliar: The Importance of Physical Place in the Vlogosphere."
